Highline Warsaw is the public deck on floor 53 of Varso Tower, at Chmielna 69, 230 meters up, with a full circle over the city. You buy a ticket for the deck. Highgarden, the cocktail bar on floor 49, opens onto a terrace garden. This is a lookout, not a dinner restaurant.
