I'm Jon. Best Restaurants Warsaw is the third Concierge guide, after Best Restaurants Kraków and Best Restaurants Gdańsk. The standard is the same in each city: the meal and the room, not fame or price.
Warsaw has more restaurants than a visitor can sort. The twelve lists are the short list after that sort. When a room is on one, it has earned the place.
A courtyard table, a steak that earns the hour, and a dessert served like a small celebration. This is the kind of meal the Concierge keeps.
How I choose
Great dining is rarely just the food. A serious steakhouse and a burger room can both belong, for different reasons. The Concierge sets the standard so the choice is narrower and clearer: which room, which night, which part of the city.
A room I have eaten in myself can carry a visited mark and a personal note. That mark is earned in the room. It is not applied from a write-up.
