Otto Pompieri at Plac Bankowy 1 is the centre's all-day Italian, built for lunch as much as for dinner. Pizza uses Caputo flour, mozzarella and burrata are the DOP kind, and a 1920s Berkel slicer cuts the prosciutto. Grana Padano ages here for 24 months.
